The goal of this campaign is to finally end the way we negatively talk about ourselves and put ourselves down. Even the most beautiful woman in the world can look in the mirror and hate something they see - And I've personally had enough of negative thinking!

All you need to participate in this campaign is a paper (preferably a post-it note!) and a pen.

Just write down a sweet message and leave it anywhere! At the gym, in your office or university bathroom, in the changing room of a shop.. Anywhere! One simple message could touch someones heart, make them smile, or hopefully make them start to think positively about themselves.


And remember beauty addicts : you are beautiful, no matter what.
