Hello girlies!
Over the past couple of years I've been so jelli of those in America and Europe who have been able to receive 'beauty boxes'; so when I heard about GlamBox, the first ever beauty box catering especially to the UAE, I subscribed straight away!
I love the idea of these 'beauty boxes' because:
a. I'm not going to lie, I love receiving gifts - even though I'm technically paying for this so called gift(!!) - but the idea of getting to open and unwrap a box of unknown goodies each month excites me and gives me a little something to look forward to each month.
b. I genuinely love receiving samples of products that I wouldn't normally go out and splurge on. And if you read this blog regularly, you will have noticed that I have often purchased full sized products based upon a sample I have tried.
Anyways back to this months GlamBox...
This is the second box I have received so far. I was ever so slightly disappointed with my February GlamBox as I felt it lacked luster and contained more packaging than products, but any not-so-positive feelings I had towards GlamBox went down the drain after I opened this months box which I'm so so pleased with!
When it comes to the packaging I think it's very cute and I adore the pink and black combo... Now let's get into the deets of what I received this month!

Elizabeth Arden Ceramide Gold Ultra Restorative Capsules - contains ceramides and essential lipids to help strengthen the skin's barrier again the visible signs of time. Click here to learn more.
I received 7 capsules; 60 capsules retail for AED 430 (approximately $117, €89, £74).
Thoughts: Can't wait to try these little golden capsules out as I generally like Elizabeth Arden products and love trying out new face products.
miriamquevedo Extreme Caviar Intensive Anti-aging Mask - an intensive mask that helps restructuring the broken links of Keratin by nourishing the hair follicle. Instantly regenerates the repair process and the hair is revitalized for a soft, silky and shiny finish. Click here to learn more.
I received a 50ml sample and a 250ml bottle of this retails for AED 190 (approximately $52, €39, £33).
Thoughts: I think the size is quite generous and I can't wait to try this product out as the tips of my hair are split and slightly dry and I'm always up for experimenting with products that can aid my damaged locks!
NStyle Nail Polish in Poetic Petra - created using the latest certified technologies with chip resistance, flawless coverage and a long last glossy finish in mind.
I received a full sized regular bottle of this polish which retails for AED 45 (approximately $12, €9, £7).
Thoughts: a full sized nail polish, hell yeah! I also love the bright orange shade which is perfect for spring/summer.
Vichy Thermal Spa Water - 100% pure and naturally rich with 15 rare minerals. Clinically proven to have healthy benefits for your skin: regenerating, antioxidant, soothing and protective. Click here to learn more.
I received a 50g sample and a 150g bottle of this product retails for AED 57 (approximately $16, €12, £10).
Thoughts: again, a generous sample size. Nothing particularly exciting about this product but it will come in handy during the hot upcoming months of Dubai.
Vichy Capital Soleil Lotion SPF 50+ - soft, sheer, sunscreen lotion with multi-layering cellular protection from UV rays and free radical damage.
I received a 15ml sample and a 300ml bottle of this retails for AED 198 (approximately $54, €41, £34).
Thoughts: pretty much the same as the above! Not overly exciting but will come in handy within the next month or 2.
Viktor & Rolf Flower Bomb - this floral explosion releases a profusion of flowers that has the power to make everything seem more positive.
I received a 7ml sample of this perfume and a 100ml bottle retails for AED 590 (approximately $161, €122, £101).
Thoughts: I lurve receiving perfume samples because they fit perfectly into my bag or clutch without weighing in down. I've smelt Flower Bomb on a few of my friends before and have always liked the scent *pops it into my handbag*. I also think the way this sample was packaged is très cute.
All in all I'm very happy with this months GlamBox and now I can't wait for next month to roll along so I can open a new box of beauty goodies - which is like crack to a beauty addict such as myself!
I purchased an annual subscription to GlamBox for AED 550 so I basically paid for 11 months and got 1 month for free. Each month is AED 50 (approximately $14, €10, £9).
